We are please to have been certified by the Greek Ministry of Tourism for our protocols to ensure guest safety throughout their stay with us on Santorini.
The protocols implemented include complete training for all our staff to ensure safety standards are implemented at all points of contact throughout our hotel. Beyond the expected cleaning policies in place for all areas of the hotel including our rooms, private hot tubs and all common areas we have proceeded with implementing a strict policy of e-checkins for arriving guests and all guests have the choice of specifically choosing whether they want to take advantage of our daily room cleaning services or if they would prefer to not have anyone enter their rooms other than themselves.
