2020 was a difficult year for everyone and we are all hoping that 2021 is the year that allows us to start dreaming about travelling and visiting new places freely once again. We believe that with the correct processes in place travel can indeed be a safe and enjoyable experience - is it always should be!
At Cocoon we have implemented a complete set of health and safety procedures which include the thorough cleansing of all our rooms between guests. For this reason our check-in and check-out times have been adjusted to 11am (check-out) and 3pm (check-in) in order to give our staff the necessary time to complete the needed procedures.
We have also changed our room service and cleaning policy to be only on demand. You are free to tell us if you wish your room to be cleaned and freshened up during your stay with us. If you do not specifically ask for this service, none of our staff will visit your room to tidy up or clean.
Lastly, we have implemented an eCheck-in procedure for all guests who would prefer to do a contact-less check in before they arrive.
All of our cave suites have completely private and separate entrances for each accommodation and of course each balcony is private and separate from the others. Our rooms and balconies are all spacious enough that you can easily spend your entire stay in Santorini simply lazing around and enjoying the amazing view!
For all 2022 bookings we have implemented a flexible cancellation policy to cover unexpected hiccups in your travel plans. If for any reason travel bans are implemented between Greece and your country, our free cancellation and refund and/or voucher for a future stay with us will be implemented with no questions asked.
