Our freshly homemade, traditional breakfast can be enjoyed either in the privacy of your suite or on our stunning balcony, over-looking the Caldera and the Aegean Sea. Our healthy, balanced, organic breakfast includes choices such as freshly brewed coffee to your liking, a selection of organic teas, freshly squeezed juices, fresh fruits and jams, Greek yogurt and honey, and a wide variety of organic produce sourced locally, plus more delicious recipes to try when you order a la carte. And if you need your caffeine fix throughout the day, you can always use your personal Nespresso to make a smooth, aromatic cup of espresso.
